Delays may be experienced due to the extra precautions taken to ensure the sanitization of website order delivery packages. Due to COVID-19 our carriers are also currently experiencing some delays in delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Orders are normally processed between 1-3 business days and shipped according to the following criteria’s:
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 12:00 pm EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding holidays). If placed after this deadline, the order will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped out on the following Monday.
Occasionally our shipping processing may be longer, some items may be backordered and need to be transferred between our facilities.
A valid shipping address must be provided when confirming your purchase and a person must be present at the said address to receive the good.
We do not guarantee delivery dates. Once the items are shipped, we are not responsible for delays due to delays in transport by the courrier.
We do our best to update our inventory; however, a product may be out of stock as your order is processed. We also strive to show the products’ bottle and packaging in the most accurate way. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that the packaging will be perfectly accurate at reception if the designers choose to make a change to their products.
We offer free shipping across Canada on orders of $85 (before tax) or more using Canada Post. Orders below $85 will pay a $10 shipping charge. All order are shipped from our Laval, Quebec location and are not subject to duties or any additional. What you pay at checkout, is all you will be paying.
Exclusions may apply to select rural or suburban areas across Canada due to elevated shipping costs to those regions. Orders to those areas will pay an additional shipping charge. Free shipping is offered on order of $150 or more to most rural or suburban areas across Canada.
We offer free shipping on orders of $120 CAD or more using UPS Standard Shipping. Orders below $120 CAD will pay a $15 CAD shipping charge. All orders below $1,000.00 CAD are not subject to any duties, taxes or any additional fees. What you pay at checkout, is all you will be paying.
INTERNATIONAL (outside of Canada & USA):
Shipping cost for International orders are calculated at checkout depending the quantity & weight of your order and shipped via UPS by air.
International Order duties may apply depending the country and its policies (outside of Canada & USA). The shipping company will collect the funds before the delivery. Duties & taxes can be charged by your county/government depending their laws and are unfortunately out of our control. For a delivery to be made, it is important that you pay the duties online on the UPS website using your tracking number before a delivery can be made. If duties are not paid, UPS might not make the delivery attempt and will give you up to 10 days to pay the duties and contact them for an additional delivery before the order is returned back to us at your expense. However, if the value of the item purchased is less than the cost of the return shipping, your order will be abandoned at custom and no refund will be done.

We’re taking action to better serve and protect you and our team. Every product ordered is placed into a protective, sealed, transparent bag before shipping. If this seal is broken, the merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Please inspect the merchandise before breaking the seal.
If you have changed your mind and wish to return an item that is still in its protective seal, unopened and not tampered with, you must contact us within the 10 days of receiving your order to request a return of the merchandise. Please send us an email at [email protected] to put in your return request. Once the request is put in and confirmed, you will be responsible to bring bring the package to any Canada Post office near you within the 30 days of receiving your order. Once the item is returned intact in its protective seal and inspected, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs to ship the product to you and its return along with a $10 fee. All International orders (outside of Canada & USA) are final sale and cannot be returned.
All gift sets are final sale and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Once an order is received, please analyze the product before opening the seal incase you ordered or we sent you the incorrect item. We double and triple check all products and orders. However, if we sent you the incorrect item and/or the item you received is defective, please contact us within the 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] so that we can analyze the situation and find the best solution for you. The merchandise can be exchanged or returned for a full refund if the product we sent you is returned to us with all its parts including its packaging, undamaged, has not been tampered with, and is returned to us in the condition it was received in with the only exception of it being lightly used. Once the merchandise is received and inspected and the issue has been confirmed, you will then be issued an exchange or full refund. If an item is not returned under the conditions mentioned, or if an item is not defective that item does not qualify a full refund. An item cannot be returned if it has been reformulated by the designer or if your preferences and/or skin type has changed and the product is as it should be. If the item is inspected and this is the case, you will not be eligible for a full refund.
Perfume designers will often reformulate a perfume without notice for many reasons. If the packaging of your fragrance has changed and/or you are unsure if your fragrance has been reformulated, it is recommended to do some research or contact us if you have any questions about the fragrance before you purchase the item. If you want a particular batch number, packaging or formulation, please contact us to confirm before or as soon as the order is placed to make sure that you receive the exact formulation you'd like. We are not responsible if a designer reformulates a fragrance and you will not be eligible for a full return if this is the case.
Our preferences and skins' PH levels often change for many reasons such as aging, a change in diet/lifestyle, hormonal changes, stress, medication, menopause, pregnancy, etc... A change in our body can change the way we perceive certain scents, the way it smells on our skin and how long it lasts. If the item is inspected and this is the case, you will not be eligible for a full refund.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
