Return Policy

We take measures to better serve and protect you, as well as our team. Each ordered product is placed in a sealed, transparent protective bag before being shipped. If this seal is broken, the merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Please inspect the merchandise before breaking the seal.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return an item that is still in its protective packaging, unopened, and unaltered, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please email us at  info@leparfumier.ca  to submit your return request. Once the request is submitted and confirmed, you will need to bring the package to a Canada Post office near you within 30 days of receiving your order. Once the item is returned intact in its protective packaging and inspected, a refund will be issued, minus the shipping and return costs, as well as a $10 fee. All international orders (outside Canada and the United States) are final sales and cannot be returned.

All gift sets are final sales and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Once the order is received, please inspect the product before breaking the seal. We double and triple check all products and orders. However, if we sent you the wrong item and/or the item you received is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at  info@leparfumier.ca  so that we can review the situation and find the best solution for you. In this case, the merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a full refund if the product we sent you is returned with all its parts, including its packaging, has not been altered, and is returned in the condition in which it was received, with the only exception being if it has been slightly used. Once the merchandise is received and inspected and the issue confirmed, you will receive an exchange or full refund. If an item is not returned under the mentioned conditions, or if an item is not defective, it cannot qualify for a full refund. An item cannot be returned if it has been reformulated by the designer or if your preferences and/or your skin’s pH have changed and the product is as it should be. If the item is inspected and this is the case, you will not be eligible for a full refund.

Perfume designers often reformulate a fragrance without prior notice for many reasons. If your perfume’s packaging has changed and/or you are unsure whether your perfume has been reformulated, we recommend doing some research or contacting us if you have any questions about the perfume before purchasing the item. If you wish for a specific batch number, packaging, or formulation, please contact us to confirm before or right after placing the order to ensure that you receive the exact formulation you want. We are not responsible if a designer reformulates a perfume, and you will not be eligible for a full return in such a case.

Our preferences and skin pH levels often change for many reasons, such as aging, dietary/lifestyle changes, hormonal changes, stress, medication, menopause, pregnancy, etc. A change in our body can alter how we perceive certain scents, how they smell on our skin, and their longevity. If the inspected merchandise is intact and this is the case, you will not be eligible for a full refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages, unless an error was made on our part.
