Shipping Details

Delays may be experienced due to the extra precautions taken to ensure the sanitization of website order delivery packages. Due to COVID-19 our carriers are also currently experiencing some delays in delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Orders are normally processed between 1-3 business days and shipped according to the following criteria’s:

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 3:00 pm EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding holidays). If placed after this deadline, the order will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 pm EST will be shipped out on the following Monday.

Occasionally our shipping processing may be longer, some items may be backorder and need to be transferred between our facilities.

A valid shipping address must be provided when confirming your purchase and a person must be present at the said address to receive the good.

We do not guarantee delivery dates. Once the items are shipped, we are not responsible for delays due to delays, damages and loss related to the delivery or to the carrier. 

We do our best to update our inventory; however, a product may be out of stock as your order is processed. We also strive to show the products’ bottle and packaging in the most accurate way. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that the packaging will be perfectly accurate at reception if the designers choose to make a change to their products.

Shop Online & Pick Up Curbside In As Little As 3 Hours. Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 5pm by selecting the option at checkout. When your order is ready for pickup, we will call/text to notify you.  The pick up location is at our Laval store: 2065 Autoroute 440, Laval, Quebec. H7L 3W3

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

CANADA & USA:

We offer free shipping on orders of $85 (before tax) or more. Orders below $85 will pay a $10 shipping charge. 

Exclusions may apply to select rural or suburban areas across Canada due to elevated shipping costs to those regions. Orders to those areas will pay an additional $10 shipping charge. Free shipping is offered on order of $150 or more to most rural or suburban areas.

 

INTERNATIONAL (outside of Canada & USA):

Shipping cost for International orders are calculated at checkout depending the quantity & weight of your order.

International Order duties may apply depending the country and its policies (outside of Canada & USA). The shipping company will collect the funds upon delivery. 

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

Quebec: 2 to 4 business days

Canada: 3 to 7 business days

USA: 4 to 10 business days

International: 5 to 12 business days

 

Returns

New Policy as of June 20th, 2020:

**As the COVID-19 situation continues to change, we’re taking action to better serve and protect you and our team. We’ve temporarily updated our Return Policy, effective immediately. Every product ordered is placed into a protective, sealed, transparent bag.    If this seal is broken, the merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. 

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an authorization number from our customer service department by emailing us at [email protected].  Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to and from us will not be refunded. 

Policy for purchases done before June 20th, 2020:

You may return any unopened/unused  product (except Skin Care such as Body Cream, Body Lotion, Soap, Hair care, Body Cream, Body Lotion, After shave, After Shave Balm, Splash perfume bottle or unboxed products) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.  To receive a Full Refund on returning the item(s) must be returned in the exact condition received by a customer. All merchandise must be returned in their original, sealed, unused, undamaged, and fully packaged condition. If an item is not returned under the conditions mentioned, that item does not qualify for a Full Refund. 

We charge a 25% restocking fee for any product not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Body Cream, Body Lotion, Soap, Hair care, After shaves, Gift Sets, Splash Perfume Bottles or Unboxed Products due to Personal hygiene reasons. We ask that you please make sure you are making the correct purchase.
